Common questions

How do I pay?: Card, Masterpass or mobile money through our Tanzanian payment gateway. You approve every payment yourself — we never ask for your mobile-money PIN.
Can I cancel?: Yes. You can turn off renewal at any time and your plan simply runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my records if I go back to Free?: Everything you created stays visible. Only paid-plan actions stop: new letter explanations, response drafts, advanced reports and new downloads.
